Okay, it has been awhile since I saw a movie that was so engaging and emotional!  This is a BRILLIANT film and I highly recommend it.  It is violent, but very, very moving.

Kevin Bacon is absolutely amazing in this movie.  The emotion he showed in the hospital talking to his second son was... just... I can't even find the words.

All I can keep thinking to type is 'amazing'.  It is a film that kinda leaves you speechless.  You're pulled into the world of a father loosing his son and the guilt and anger he feels.  I was thrilled when he blew off one of the gang member's legs.  Normally, I wouldn't be so happy to see a bloody stump, but this movie made you cheer inside (at least it made me yell "Rah!").

The music, camera work, everything was just awesome.  I was on the edge of my seat during numerous scenes.  The one in the parking garage... wow.

If you're in the mood for emotion and violence, you've got to see this movie.

Favorite Scene:  Kevin Bacon melting down in the shower.  That's talent.
